জ্ঞান

একজন ভালো শিক্ষককে তার বিষয় সম্পর্কে জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে। একজন ভালো শিক্ষকের জানা উচিত যে তিনি কী বিষয়ে কথা বলছে। আপনি যদি কোন বিষয় সম্পর্কে কিছুই না জানেন, তাহলে আপনি কিভাবে অন্য কাউকে শেখাবেন? অন্যদের শেখানোর আগে আপনাকে বিষয়টি বুঝতে হবে।

ধৈর্য

একজন ভালো শিক্ষককে অবশ্যই  ধৈর্য ধরতে হবে। অনেক সময় শিক্ষার্থীরা ঠিকভাবে বিষয়গুলো বুঝতে পারে না। সেক্ষেত্রে শিক্ষকদের উচিত তাদের শেখার জন্য সময় দেওয়া। আপনি যদি একজন মহান শিক্ষক হতে চান তবে আপনাকে ধৈর্য ধরতে হবে।

একজন ভালো শিক্ষককে সবসময় নম্র হতে হবে। শেখানোর সময়, আপনার কখনই মনে করা উচিত নয় যে আপনি আপনার ছাত্রদের চেয়ে বেশি স্মার্ট। আপনার সবসময় মনে রাখা উচিত যে প্রত্যেকে আলাদাভাবে শিখে।

উদ্দীপনা

একজন ভালো শিক্ষককে  উৎসাহ দেখাতে হবে। শিক্ষার্থীরা উত্সাহী লোকদের কাছ থেকে শিখতে পছন্দ করে। শিক্ষকদের নিশ্চিত করা উচিত যে তারা তাদের পাঠ সম্পর্কে উদ্দীপ্ত। আপনি যদি আপনার পাঠ সম্পর্কে উদ্দীপিত হন, তাহলে আপনার ছাত্ররাও একই রকম অনুভব করবে।

সম্মান

একজন ভালো শিক্ষকের উচিত তার ছাত্রদের সম্মান করা। শিক্ষার্থীদের এমন মনে করা উচিত নয় যে তাদের নিঁচু করে  কথা বলা হচ্ছে। তাদের সম্মান এবং মূল্যবান বোধ করা উচিত।

একজন ভালো শিক্ষকের উচিত তাদের শিক্ষার্থীদের উৎসাহিত করা। আপনি যদি আপনার ছাত্রদের বলেন যে তারা ভাল করছে, তারা আরও ভাল করবে। আপনি যদি আপনার ছাত্রদের বলেন যে তারা খারাপ করেছে, তারা সম্ভবত আরও খারাপ করবে।

প্রতিক্রিয়াশীল

একজন ভালো শিক্ষকের উচিত তাদের শিক্ষার্থীদের যে কোনো প্রশ্ন বা উদ্বেগের উত্তর দেওয়া। যদি একজন ছাত্র কোন প্রশ্ন জিজ্ঞাসা করে,শিক্ষকের উচিত প্রশ্নটি মনোযোগ সহকারে শোনা এবং তারপর কিছু পরামর্শ বা তথ্য প্রদান করা।

সদয়

একজন ভালো শিক্ষকের উচিত তাদের শিক্ষার্থীদের প্রতি সদয় আচরণ করা। তারা তাদের ছাত্রদের প্রতি বন্ধুত্বপূর্ণ এবং উৎসাহপূর্ণ  আচরণ করা উচিত এবং তাদের সাথে সম্মানের সাথে কথা বলা উচিত।

ভালবাসা

একজন ভালো শিক্ষকের উচিত তাদের শিক্ষার্থীদের ভালোবাসা। আপনি যদি আপনার শিক্ষার্থীদের কেয়ার করেন , তাহলে তারাও আপনার কেয়ার করবে।

নিবেদিত

শিক্ষকদের তাদের কাজের প্রতি নিবেদিতপ্রাণ হতে হবে। তাদের চেষ্টা করা উচিত এবং তাদের ছাত্রদের সফল হতে সাহায্য করার জন্য যা যা লাগে তা করা উচিত। 

বিশ্বস্ত

বিশ্বস্ততা এমন একটি বৈশিষ্ট্য যা শিক্ষকদের দ্বারা দেখানো উচিত। তাদের বিশ্বস্ত এবং নির্ভরযোগ্য হতে হবে।একজন ভালো শিক্ষকের প্রতিশ্রুতি রাখা উচিত এবং প্রতিশ্রুতি অনুসরণ করা উচিত।

দায়িত্বশীল

শিক্ষকদের তাদের কর্মের দায়িত্ব নিতে হবে। নিজেদের সৃষ্ট সমস্যার জন্য অন্যদের দোষারোপ করা উচিত নয়। তাদের নিজেদের ভুলের জন্যও দায়ী হতে হবে।

সৎ

সততাই সর্বোৎকৃষ্ট পন্থা। শিক্ষকদের উচিত তাদের ছাত্রদের সত্য বলা। তাদের শিক্ষার্থীদের কাছে মিথ্যা বলা বা তাদের কাছ থেকে তথ্য গোপন করা উচিত নয়।

Knowledge

A good teacher should have knowledge about their subject matter. A good teacher should know what they're talking about. If you don't know anything about something, then how can you teach someone else? You need to understand the topic before you can teach others.

Patience

A good teacher should be patient. Sometimes students may not understand things right away. In those cases, teachers should give them time to learn. If you want to become a great teacher, you need to be patient.

Humility

A good teacher should always be humble. When teaching, you should never think you're smarter than your students. You should always remember that everyone learns differently.

Enthusiasm

A good teacher should show enthusiasm. Students love to learn from people who are enthusiastic. Teachers should make sure they're excited about their lessons. If you're excited about your lesson, then your students will feel the same way.

Respect

A good teacher should respect his/her students. Students shouldn't feel like they're being talked down to. They should feel respected and valued.

Encouragement

A good teacher should encourage their students. If you tell your student they're doing well, they'll do even better. If you tell your students they did poorly, they'll probably do worse.

Responsive

A good teacher should respond to any questions or concerns that their students may have. If a student asks a question, they should listen carefully to the question and then offer some type of advice or information.

Kind

A good teacher should show kindness towards their students. They should be friendly and encouraging to their students and should treat them with respect.

Love

A good teacher should love their students. If you care about your students, they'll care about you back.

Dedicated

Teachers should be dedicated to their work. They should put forth the effort and do whatever it takes to help their students succeed. They should never let their personal lives interfere with their job.

Trustworthy

Trustworthiness is a trait that should be shown by teachers. They should be trustworthy and reliable. They should keep promises and follow through on commitments.

Responsible

Teachers should take responsibility for their actions. They should not blame others for problems caused themselves. They should also be responsible for their own mistake.

Honest

Honesty is the best policy. Teachers should tell their students the truth. They should not lie to their students or hide facts from them.
